Loch Fyne Oysters Ltd - Scotland - 10/23/06 - Loch Fyne Oysters Ltd., was founded in the late 1970's. The founding partners of Loch Fyne Oysters (John Noble and Andrew Lane) set up a small oyster farm based on the Ardkinglas Estate at the head of Loch Fyne in Argyll. From this base has grown an Oyster farm which is the largest producer of oysters in the UK, a Mussel Farm, a Smokehouse producing a range of quality smoked salmon, an Oyster Bar, Restaurant and Shop, and a nationwide Mail Order service.
